We like brewing with the French Press because of the rich body and juicy sweetness, but filter brewers often give better brews with clearer flavours. Enter the Clever Dripper from Taiwan, probably the most clever brewing device out there right now. It allows you to brew with full immersion (that’s when the coffee and water is in contact for the entire brewing time) but the brew also passes through a filter which removes small particles and excess oils.
It is ridiculously easy to use. Combine the desired amount of water and coffee in the brewer, leave it to steep for a desired amount of time and place the brewer on top of a cup to drain.
We recommend this brewer for people new to brewing and people who don’t have time to memorize complicated pours and recipes.
