This is a special guest coffee, starring producer Luis Saldarriaga from Antioquia in Colombia.
Kaffi started as a tiny business, roasting on a 1kg Bullet roaster. That roaster was sold to our good friend and photographer Hallvar Bugge Johnsen, who’s started his own coffee brand called Koffeinvinduet (the caffeine window).
He has an incredibly cozy newsletter with musical recommendations, and sells small-batch roasted coffee of high quality. If you want to see what a single-person roastery on a tiny 1kg roaster can do, check out this delicious natural-process Colombia.
