Möller’s Cod Liver Oil omega-3+ contains 40% more omega-3 than regular cod liver oil, and also includes vitamins A, D, and E. The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA have a positive effect on normal heart function, while DHA is also important for brain function. Vitamins A and D contribute to a well-functioning immune system. Recommended daily dose for children from 3 years and adults: 5 ml (one spoon).
